All emails received by CT Mesh email addresses, and the correspondence from the individual respondents may be shared as CT Mesh sees fit, including but not limited to sharing with other Mesh Area Coordinators. By using our contact information, you agree to these terms.
If you are a member of an organization, please use a recognizable email address for that organization. Emails from common email providers (eg, Gmail) may be ignored if they are believed to be unauthentic. Please feel free to provide provenance for your membership of the organization (eg, website with an about us page that provides a contact email in the same email domain, etc.)
Additionally, all emails believed to be written or largely automated by AI will be promptly ignored and discarded without a reply. Please do not include AI-generated content in your correspondence unless you have built a reputation with us.

CT Mesh affiliations can generally be found on the New England Mesh website. This list is not exhaustive nor authoritative.
If you want to verify for certain whether an individual or organization is legitimately associated with CT Mesh or authorized to act on an organization's behalf (that we know of), email contact@ctmesh.org. Please provide as much information as possible so we can review and reply.
We do not provide assistance with nodes intended for illegal or covert installations. We will only assist organizations that want nodes installed on their own property, or people those organizations have authorized to install and/or manage nodes on their behalf. Written evidence of that authorization is required.
